NURSING SERVICES

The Bristol Virginia Public School Division is committed to providing nursing care for its students.  Ms. Darlene Becker, the division-wide nurse, is employed by the school division and is responsible for coordinating nursing services.  In addition, through a partnership with Wellmont Medical Center and Bristol Virginia Public Schools, there is either a full or part time nurse located at each of its six schools.  These nurses work daily to provide direct care to the students and staff in their schools.
