Philosophy:  At Highland View we believe in the education of the "whole" child, academically, socially, and emotionally.  Children enter through our doors with a variety of background experiences, academic abilities, and special needs.  Our challenge is to address these needs and to enable our students to become successful, fully functioning members of society.
