BELL SCHEDULE:
7:45 - Teachers on duty for
early arrivals
8:20 - First bell for all students to go to homeroom
8:30 - TARDY bell
2:50 - Walkers/Car riders exit the building.
Bus riders will exit the building when
the buses arrive.
TARDIES/ABSENCES:
Anyone who is TARDY must
first report to the office before reporting to class. Students
should have a written excuse from parents stating the reason for
tardiness. If a student is to be ABSENT, parents are expected to
inform the school and to send a written excuse upon his/her return.
EARLY DISMISSAL:
To cut down on confusion,
please discuss with your child what procedures should be followed in
case school is dismissed early due to bad weather. Emergency
contact numbers should be provided for the school office.
EARLY MORNING ARRIVALS:
All students arriving prior
to 8:20 a.m. are to go to the gym where a teacher will be on duty.
We ask that you comply with this request in order to keep our halls
and stairways clear in case of an emergency.
BUSES:
Any questions you might have
concerning times, buses, routes, etc., should be directed to the
City Bus. (645-1384)
MEDICATION:
While we will cooperate with
legitimate requests of parents and physicians, it is the basic
responsibility of the parents to see that the physician's
recommendations regarding the child's health care are carried out.
SCHOOL SUPPLIES:
Supplies will be sold in the
gym from 8:20-8:45 only.
Paper: $.60

Erasers: $.10
VISITORS/VOLUNTEERS
All exterior doors of the
building are locked everyday at 8:30 a.m., therefore, all visitors
are to enter the main entrance and sign in at the office.
SCHOOL INSURANCE:
(Optional) All checks
should be made payable to the insurance company. Make sure
insurance application is complete and signed before returning it.
SNOW DAYS:
If schools are closed
because of snow, the announcement will be made by TV and radio
stations. DO NOT CALL THE SCHOOL. Snow schedule delays will be for
two hours. Snow Line phone number is 821-5999.
BREAKFAST:
Breakfast will be served
from 8:00 - 8:20 a.m. in the cafeteria. Students who receive free
lunch will also receive free breakfast. Breakfast will not be
served when we are on a two hour delay.
LUNCHES:
Your child may purchase
lunch, or bring a bag lunch. A free lunch or breakfast will be
provided for those who qualify. Lunch tickets for the week should
be purchased on MONDAYS only.

Reduced lunch: $.40
Adults: $2.00
Extra milk: $.35
Ice Cream: $.50 (only sold on Fridays)
