Goals

  • Work towards providing an education that meets all students needs

  • Maintain fiscal responsibility in the use of public funds

  • Increase the percentage of students who pass the state Standards of Learning Test

  • Promote more parental involvement

  • Develop programs that will improve student attendance - a very important component of the federal No Child Left Behind Act

  • Develop new career and technical education programs as student interest and job market information indicate the need and budget restrictions allow
