Dr. C. Hale is
the librarian for the Washington Lee Elementary Library and
the advanced program instructor for Highland View, Washington Lee, and
Van Pelt Elementary Schools.
She has been an educator for over 25 years with the Bristol
Virginia Public School System. Dr. Hale has met the
State Board of Education Requirements for the Commonwealth
of Virginia Postgraduate Professional Certificate. She
is certified to teach and hold numerous positions in
Virginia schools including Library Media for Pre
Kindergarten through grade twelve and Gifted.
Dr. Hale
holds the Associate of Applied Science, the Bachelor of
Science, the Master of Arts, the Educational Specialist,
and the Doctor of Education degrees. She is a lifelong
learner and continues to update her skills by taking
graduate college courses and reading extensively in her
fields of expertise. |
